Return policy
At John Bully, we guarantee customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your product within 30 days from the original purchase date, we offer the option to exchange it for a product of equal value or provide a full refund.
Warranty Conditions
- This satisfaction guarantee is only valid for purchases made directly on the John Bully website or through authorized sellers.
- The guarantee applies exclusively to the original buyer.
- To validate the request, we may ask for proof of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse requests if there is suspicion of fraud or misuse of the guarantee.
General Rules
- We do not offer refunds for orders where a promotional code was not applied correctly at the time of purchase. Please review your order before completing it.
- If the customer has changed credit cards since the purchase, the refund will be issued as store credit only.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Gift cards.
- Final sale products.
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
Order Modifications
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes before shipment. However, if you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue before dispatch.
How to Request an Exchange, Refund, or Return
Send an email to adm@johnbully.com including:
- Order number.
- Reason for the request.
- For exchanges, specify the desired product of equal value.
We will respond within 48 business hours (excluding holidays). If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days. If a return is required, we will send a prepaid return label via email.
Important: The returned item must be sealed and in its original packaging.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund does not appear in your account after 5 to 7 business days, check your bank account and contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at adm@johnbully.com for further assistance.
